I am petrified of blood. Even saying it makes me squirm. I start breathing hard, my legs get tingly, so I start shaking my legs because they feel weird, and I feel like crying. How can i tell my ankle is sprained?

two days ago i was at elephant bar. as i was leaving i missed a big step and i almost fell. my right ankle went inward and i felt some pain but i was shocked about the situation because it was sudden. i didnt feel any pain on my ankle yesterday but when i woke up this morning it hurts when i stand and walk. it hurts startin from the ankle and a little above it. when i touch it, it feels bruised. i dont know if this is a sprain or not. should i wait it out or go to the doctors?

I just spent 16 hours downloading a movie and now it wont play. It's currently in avi format. Windows Media Player refuses to play it. So I downloaded an Avi to Wav converter and it wont convert. Well first off you look pretty with both. But i think for everyday the eye make up in the first picture is a little heavy. A lot of people may not think so.. but its just a total hle to take off and stuff. But theres nothing wrong with a little bit of eyeliner for everyday. But save the heavy stuff for parties, dances, dates, etc. The without is really pretty tho so I'd go for that for every day :)

How do? Granted, this is pretty bloody long-winded, but please take the time to read it- ta! I'm thirty-one years old, and for the record, my voice ALWAYS seems to be very husky, (although it always HAS been), but just lately, the bloody thing seems to be worse than ever! The pitch of my voice seems to be up and down like a bloody bride's nightie- one minute, it's dead deep, (and I mean like Baritone pitch), and the next minute, it seems to revert back to the way it sounded before me voice broke a few months ago- (I.E. First Tenor pitch). It seems to yo-yo back and fourth like this, ALL day, EVERYDAY. The pitch of me voice seems to be VERY unstable, it NEVER seems to be able to maintain ONE steady pitch, and me throat also seems to become knackered and REALLY sore VERY quickly, whenever I talk, and me voice sometimes goes REALLY wobbly and unsteady. Any ideas what might be up with me throat, please, guys? 'Cos I'm at me wit's end with it, and I'm buggered if I bloody know, quite frankly! Can the park management of my mobile home park take my house for nonpayment of rent?

I have lived in a mobile home park for four and a half years and have been trying to sell for 2 of those years with no luck. Lately it has become more and more difficult to pay the ever increasing space rent and no one is even coming or calling about buying becasue of the space rent. I am just now trying to get the money together to pay off the rent and have my lease reinstated. Unfortunately after I pay that off, there will be no money for the next month's rent. What will likely happen is that I will get another 3 day notice and then a 60 day pay or quit notice. For me it was somewhat more difficult as far as the scariness, because I knew what to expect and I wasnt looking forward to it. Seriously on the day I was scheduled for my 2nd C, I almost ran away from home, I was trying to convince myself that I could have the baby on my own, but reluctantly I went to the hospital because he was a 10 lb'der!!!! I was so scared that I started to go into natural labor from all the nerves, but once I got there and they inserted the cathedar (which I hated) it wasnt so bad the 2nd time and the pain management was easier. Once it was over, I compared and my 2nd one defintiely wasnt as painful. I knew this time, to sit up immediately after surgery to avoid the horrible gas pains and I brought my own laxitive instead of that colace crap which didnt do squat for me. Also I made sure this time to have belly support which made my recovery easier too. You'll be fine, I promise, just keep reminding yourself that it will be over soon and you get to see your baby. Well,you're mothers main issue here IS her addiction to pain killers(that's my guess opiates),and what doctors so often mistake is that they treat their patients with so many anti depressants.And that seems to be the case as with you're mom,she is so consumed with taking pills,and now her doctor has diagnosed her with depression to boot.It's never ending with many of these doctors,1 will give their patients pain killers,while the other will give their patients anti depressants.I'm surprised you're mother hasn't had a mental breakdown by now.Seriously.I was also on this merry-go-round,I was on it for many years,and had a break down of my own.I was taking so many anti depressants,anti anxiety medications and on top of that I was popping so many pain pills(around 60 a day).Until finally 1 day,I had no choice but to get myself some hlp and get clean.The only way out for you're mother is that she's going to have to hit her OWN rock bottom.Not too much that you or anyone else in the family can do or say to her.I too wouldn't dare leave my child alone with her,not at all.And you're father(her husband) isn't helping matters either,but he is in denial himself,no one wants to admit that their partner is an addict or even needs help for that matter.That's a very hard thing to see,or even go through.You're mom is basically on her own,she already knows the truth,you have already made the facts prefectly clear to her as it is.The only other thing you can do,is to stay away from her altogether.This is the only real solution I can think of,and it really isn't enough to make her see,as she already knows the truth.But it would do you some good,as it wouldn't put you right in the middle of her drug use.I didn't like who or what I was when I was using,and I did notice how my using affected others around me.And now,I see how many people stayed clear of me while I was using,kept their diatance from me.But it still wasn't enough for me to even want to come clean.I had to hit my own rock bottom,we all have own own bottom.The question is,how far down is you're mothers bottom.Only she knows that answer for sure,and I hope it doesn't cost her everything or everybody.I wish you and you're family all the very best.Good luck to you all.

Nikon VR lens -- worth it for sports?

HI.... If you do sports photography for a hobby, I would say not to extend yourself on a lens that is twice as much. However, if sports photography is your profession, you should invest in the better technology... As it is said, your equipment is your tools. The better the equipment, the better the results will be. Better results=more money and and a greater reputation. Besides that, if you are using the lens for your work, even if it is freelance. it is a legitimate tax deduction. Also, keep in mind, better lenses actually retain their value better because photographers are always looking for that same model. Cameras come and go, but lenses are the keys to beautiful images. Hope that helped give you something else to consider. I would like to have that new lens, myself. :))

Well his best man is going to medical school (3 hours away) and so they decided it would better to wait until August (my huge busy month every year) so he would be out of school. Help me. Some guy tried following me home. Did I do the right thing?

This is a really scary story so let's start at the beginning and I'll tell the whole truth. Me and my friend were driving back to his house since I just got off of work and this truck was going less than 25 mph the entire road and the speed limit is either 35 or 40 So we waited until a legal ping zone and ped the truck and turned into his neighborhood. This truck saw us and rode about 1 foot away from the back of our car so we turned to try and get away from this ******* maniac and we pulled around into a driveway that my friend knows. This driveway was pitch black and at this time I was scared for my life so I said let's get the hell out of the car and turn of the lights and hide behind my friend's friend's house. We were about to call the police and by this time my parents call yelling at me and my friend ripped the phone out of my hand and told my parents exactly what was going on, my parents didn't seem to believe him. At this very moment the guy ******* pulled around the neighborhood looking for us and we both saw his truck drive around. My friend is like "F this guy, I'm not going to let this **** happen. " and he stepped out onto the road I was like " Man, you know I got your back" and he said " Yea... I know" Then the maniac pulled in front of us and blocked off the road and got out of his truck with a large metallic object (barely noticable since it was very dark). My friend Immediately called his mom and her boyfriend and they drove past the crazy guy and the guy didn't budge. So we sat there talking to his mom and steve and I was starting to get pissed at this maniac in the truck. We told them the entire story again and then my dad calls and is like "just get home" and I respond by saying " I can't we're going to have my friend's parents follow me home and they'll make sure the truck doesn't follow... So I'll be alright dad". Instead of saying ok or something my dad tells me to get my *** home so I get in my car and start her up and start driving home with my friend in the car. I start going home and I see two cops and they don't stop me or flash or turn around or anything so I'm obviously not in the wrong otherwise they would have stopped me. I keep going and the ******* guy drives right past me and immediately does a U-turn behind my friend's parent's vehicle. My friend tells me to keep going so I do and I go past some lights and his parents barely get past the lights because they were turning yellow so the truck turned right and vanished. About 3 minutes later we see him following, but he turns off and obviously didn't notice us. We pull into a gas station and wait and talk. Holy ****! The guy drives up to the stop lights and drives right past. Whewww..... My dad calls again... and we talk and he says I'm coming and he drives up to the gas station like 10 minutes later. So now we have a convoy of 4 cars. My car, my friend's parents car, a scion who wanted to race and my dad. I drove home and we didn't see the truck and I drove home and we talked about it. first feeling alone is common. The only way to get rid of that feeling is to not be alone. Have an active life. You have to get rid of your low self esteem. You have limiting beliefs, from experience i can tell you women are way more interested in personality. That is one good thing about being a male. Physical characteristics are prob fourth on the list. You are the one that makes your weight a problem. Sure some women won't like it but who cares, there are plenty more out there. you are concentrating on one women, don't do that you are setting yourself up for heartache. and don't buy her flowers or choc. dude that's not cool. you are not even dating or anything you come off as a stalker or creepy. The number one thing women love is confidence. I am a four out of ten and i have no problem getting women. if you start acting like a catch they will treat you like one. Don't hope that someone will say yes, know that they want to hang out with you because you are worth it. So nice of you to try and help. I've always done the same thing. The best advice I can give you is to gently put it back next to where you found it, and out of sight of birds, laying a few leaves of the tree under and over it and perhaps a small cap full of fresh water. Very few of the bugs I took in made it, they don't seem to do well in captivity even though we want to help them so much. Some of their curling up and writhing might be a reaction to being taken out of their natural environment. My question is I recently applied for a job at the post office and they do their background check with a company called General Information Services. Hello everyone. First off, I do not have anorexia nor do I suffer from a thyroid condition. I am 5'0 and a sixty-nine pounds. Yes, I am quite aware that I am severely underweight. I eat mive amounts of food but I my weight remains stagnated, up to a couple of months even. I eat lots of meat, enough pasta for two grown men, plenty of apples, pies, potatoes, etc, in the hopes of gaining weight, to no avail. Here is the deal. I eat three big meals a day, and I am full for 7 hours after I consume any one meal. I was under a nutritionist's care for two years, with very minimal weight gain. (Few pounds.) I used to eat smaller meals and more snacks but that wasn't working for me. I have recently begun binging on ice cream and ice cream pies, my new addiction. I eat anything and everything in sight, as long as I am hungry. If I am stuffed no one or nothing can get me to eat. Is there a reason why I stay full for so long? I always feel bloated, but that is because I am often constipated. I look very skinny, and it pains me to know that even if people don't comment rudely on my weight, they are thinking it. The funny thing is, as gaunt as I am, I am a pretty girl. I'm not trying to be narcissistic. I still am very self conscious. I am 14 years old. If you plan to have a remark like "OMG you are so skinny, that is disgusting" you best leave it unsaid. Thanks.

Question on wood stove CHIMNEY?

I am new to burning wood, I have noticed on my outside chimney I have creosote dripping down the chimney where the chimney male and female ends meet. i have a 3 yr old ball python, she has always been very docile very much so id allow kids to touch her. i fed her 4 days ago. after i fed her about 30 min later i was going to put her back in her cage, she bit me so i left her there for a while longer. i went to do it again and she hissed so i used a long stick to pick her up, she was ok with that and i put her back. she has been in her hidin since. today i put my hand in to pick her up and she hissed again. so i left her alone and went back like 30 minutes later this time i went to puck her up and she hissed and freaked out. so now im not sure what to do. im always handling her. she loves to go out and i let her roam where she wants to. but now shes in a ball and shes become very aggressive.

My husband and I recently decided to go vegetarian, well actually we decided to reduce our meat consumption and stick to veggies, fruit, grains, and fish. We have been grappling with the idea of reducing our meat consumption to once or twice a week and limiting our meat, milk, and egg choices to free range and earth conscience animal raising methods. Here is the problem, we where both raised in families that considered meals to be meat and two veg with an optional starch, and we don't know where to go aside from PB&Js and Spaghetti sans meat. She tells me the little girl is dead because her head was cut off & she got back up & walked again. Pretty morbid, but she just tells me like it is nothing. When she claims to see the 3 ghost is when she gets panicked. she has also told me she sees black figures on the back porch. Her stories never change. I question her in different ways to see if she will slip up in any way, but she is so consistent. IDK... it is just weird. Also I have to add that she speaks EXTREMELY well & never has trouble getting anything across. She is very mature for her age... not the average 4 year old.
