In order to broaden your range, please contact a fully trained vocal teacher to show you how to do it without harming your throat. If you try on your own, you will eventually get vocal nodules (and whatnot) and that will jeopardise your voice for good. You should stop singing completely for, say, a week, but if the hoarseness continues, please consult an ear-nose-throat specialist to rule out vocal nodules.

I received what appears to be a very long text message which I can open for a brief moment, read the first few lines & my phone promptly crashes or it will give an error message that tells me the message is corrupt. I thought maybe I could forward it to myself but then it tells me it's too long. I cannot reach the person to resend it. Is there a way to fix it? Thanks

How to get over the fear of blood?

I am petrified of blood. Even saying it makes me squirm. I start breathing hard, my legs get tingly, so I start shaking my legs because they feel weird, and I feel like crying. I have trouble even saying the word and I always imagine really bad situations when people talk about blood. I know that most people say to face your fears but that is a little bit difficult with mine. Does anyone have any suggestions about how to get over it???
