What are some tips for people scared of roller coasters?

So I'm going to Busch Gardens Europe in the next month and I will be with a bunch of friends who adore riding roller coasters. They will go on every one. I've ridden four roller coasters-two wooden ones and two small steel ones. I know what the feeling feels like and I'm not afraid of the ride breaking down or anything. I'm just still really scared. Any advice? Any rides I should go on? (I've been on Escape from Pompei and DarKastle before.) Thanks! :)
