37 wks and having complications!! plz help!!!?

when i was 6-10 wks along i had a sm bleed in uteran wall and was told it was due 2 low progesterone levels and that i needed shots. i nvr took the shots and the bleed corrected itself and had a somewhat normal pregnancy. ive bled on and off but nothing big. ive had 6 pregnancies and delievered all between 32-38 wks. i'll b 38 wks this wk and no dilation or effacement. is it due t the low levels of progesterone and should i b concerned? should i try @ hm remedies to kick start things?
