Any idea what might be up with my throat, please, guys?

How do? Granted, this is pretty bloody long-winded, but please take the time to read it- ta! I'm thirty-one years old, and for the record, my voice ALWAYS seems to be very husky, (although it always HAS been), but just lately, the bloody thing seems to be worse than ever! The pitch of my voice seems to be up and down like a bloody bride's nightie- one minute, it's dead deep, (and I mean like Baritone pitch), and the next minute, it seems to revert back to the way it sounded before me voice broke a few months ago- (I.E. First Tenor pitch). It seems to yo-yo back and fourth like this, ALL day, EVERYDAY. The pitch of me voice seems to be VERY unstable, it NEVER seems to be able to maintain ONE steady pitch, and me throat also seems to become knackered and REALLY sore VERY quickly, whenever I talk, and me voice sometimes goes REALLY wobbly and unsteady. Any ideas what might be up with me throat, please, guys? 'Cos I'm at me wit's end with it, and I'm buggered if I bloody know, quite frankly!
