Where can I find a free phone therapy service? Please help, I'm desperate?

I've been feeling very miserable for so long and my life keeps taking a turn for the worst, I really need advice but I have no one to turn to, not even my family. I'm a poor, just out of high school student and I can't afford a therapist at 150-200$ per session. There are a lot of suicide hotlines, but I don't need someone to tell me not to kill myself, I need advice on how to turn my life around and make good decisions. It would be really great if there was a phone or online therapist option, or maybe even a free therapy/counseling service in the houston,tx area, but I'm having trouble locating one.
