What's a good HTML design tool?

Hi! Try Macromedia Dreamweaver MX, it's a good web-design program, you can use it even you know nothing about HTML or DHTML or CSS or Java Script. you can choose between design mode and programming mode and also use them in the same time. I can send a free cracked copy. (cause the programm is quite expensive)
