I had some spinach and broccoli and then a bowl of cantaloupe, kiwi, and melon. a small handful of almonds and a gl of skim milk. I know that I'm missing whole grains... i probably would have also added half a slice of sprouted grain bread but I'm just too full from what I ate above haha. ok and yes i know this is healthy but i'm just wondering if I should have added some whole grains and maybe ate less of the fruit?? thank you!!! xoxo <3
