What is a good, free site to download anime off of?

I'm trying to download episodes of Hetalia: Axis Powers, but since FUNimation copyrighted it it's hard to find places to download it. -___- I'm looking to download Episode 42, the one where we meet Ukraine and Belarus, but most of the sites I've check want me to sign up for some **** I have to pay for every month. I'm looking for the ENGLISH SUBBED Hetalia, but raw would be fine. Thnx for you help :D I'll get a cookie to you somehow...
