Experienced mummy's? does it drag?

im 12 weeks pregnant and im so excited, iv been trying for a baby for a year with my fiance, we just can't wait, we have everything near enough, like cot, pram, playmats, bouncers etc, because im not working at the minute (my fiance is) as iv been quite poorly it seems like its dragging, this is my first baby so i havent been through it before, does it drag?
