My puppy has parvo! i dont know what to do!!?

my puppy has parvo and he's not doing very well at all. I don't know what to do!! We can't go to the vets because we don't have enough money. I've been trying to give her water every thirty minutes, she drinks some but then throws it right back up. I've tried some chicken broth with low salt and she wont drink it but I don't know what to do. Somebody please help, I already lost one dog, I can't lose another.
