Why is Obama's Quagmire not Suprising in Afghanistan after promising beginning withdrawals in 18 months?

Because 0bama has ignored all sound military advise put far too many restrictions upon our military, and just starts wars and sends his drones around the globe at will, it is like he wants us to be defeated and to break our economy
