Who has the true universal health plan ?

Neither one. If a universal health care plan is implemented, be prepared for your Federal taxes to double -- maybe even triple. Neither candidate has explained where the money for universal health care is going to come from, and if you think the Dems will cut the budget to make room for it, think again. Look no further than Canada or the UK and see how much of their income gets deducted for taxes and you'll see the downside of government-enforced social programs.
